Terms and conditions

1Services offered

• Development and customisation of Discord bots.
• Website design and development.
• Video editing and promotional content.
• Other digital services previously agreed with the client.

2Payments and prices

• All prices are in Chilean pesos (CLP), unless stated otherwise.
• The agreed price must be confirmed before work begins.
• Any additional feature, major change or request outside the initial agreement may have an extra cost, which must be communicated and accepted beforehand.
• Third-party costs, such as domains, external services, licences or payment platforms, will be disclosed when they apply.
• No additional charges will be made without informing the client first.

3Development and delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and depend on the complexity of the project.
• The client must provide the necessary resources, texts, images and other information in good time.
• If significant delays occur, the client will be informed when appropriate.
• The delivery will include the features expressly agreed when the service was hired.

4Changes and revisions

• The revisions included will be defined when the service is hired.
• Minor changes may be made within the agreed scope.
• New features, complete redesigns or changes that considerably alter the original project may be quoted separately.
• No additional work will be charged without the client’s prior acceptance.

5Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made through the official channels.
• If work has not yet started, the corresponding refund will be assessed according to what was agreed and the applicable regulations.
• If the project is already in development, any refund will be assessed taking into account the work done, justified expenses and the consumer’s legal rights.
• If Aurora Studios cannot deliver the service hired, a suitable solution will be sought with the client.
• These conditions do not limit any non-waivable rights established by the applicable legislation.

6Discord bots

• The client is responsible for how they use the bot once delivered.
• Features will be limited to what was agreed when hiring.
• Operation may depend on Discord, external services, permissions, servers and changes to their platforms.
• Hosting, maintenance and support are included only when expressly hired or agreed.
• Permanent availability is not guaranteed when there are third-party dependencies or interruptions beyond our control.

7Websites, domains and hosting

• The domain, hosting and other external services are included only if they appear in the purchase agreement.
• Domains are subject to their registrars’ policies and renewal periods.
• The client must renew the services they are responsible for to avoid interruptions.
• A particular position on Google, a specific number of visits or concrete business results are not guaranteed.
• External integrations are subject to the availability and conditions of their respective providers.

8Intellectual property and usage rights

• Usage rights and the delivery of project files will be defined in the corresponding agreement.
• The client must be authorised to use the logos, images, videos, texts and other materials they provide.
• Third-party materials will not be knowingly used without the necessary authorisation or licence.
• Third-party tools, libraries and components keep their respective licences.
• Aurora Studios will not claim rights over client materials that the client already legitimately owns.

9Client responsibilities

• Provide correct and sufficient information.
• Review the order details before approving it.
• Use the services legally and responsibly.
• Not request features intended for fraud, data theft, malware distribution or breaking into systems.
• Keep their passwords, accounts and credentials secure.
